How healthy is our club?
Last Evening we met to have our meal and then it was Forum time, discussing the health of the Club and Membership.This was presented by Morrinsville President-Elect Bruce Dewhurst.
With regard to Membership District Governor-Elect Keith Owens would like to a 3% increase in Club membership and some of the questions put to us included:-
• More males
• What sort of members do we want? and less females or vica versa or the same ratio
• Younger members
• Why do we have members resigning?
• What methods do we use to encourage new members?
