Cambridge Rotary's Family Cycle Fun Day
This big, fund-raising event scheduled for Sunday, 19 March at Lake Karapiro.A great deal of planning work has been done by the committee, including the organisation of more than 10 races on the day, and obtaining sponsorship commitment from many businesses.
We need to hope for the sunshine on the day! There will be an entertaining selection of race events aimed at all members of the family, along with a semi-professional show of bicycle jumpers who land in the lake!
The Family Cycle Fun Day runs from 10:30am to 2:30pm, and will require 40 - 45 Rotary volunteers to be there! Richard is appealing to everyone to reserve 19 March in your diaries and to lend a hand on the day to help make this event a success!
