Rotary International Travel & Hosting Fellowship
A network of Rotarians and partners throughout the world, agreeing to host and share their lives with each other in return for like favour sometime in the future.   Members proposing travel can access the online “membership directory,” identify members in the area they are going to and email them in advance seeking advice, suggestions and even hosting. Here is a link to the 2018-19 membership list.  Here is a PowerPoint about how the Rotary International Travel & Hosting Fellowship works.

A Message from the ITHF President, Shelia Hart

Welcome to the International Travel and Hosting Fellowship for Rotary year 2018/19. I am Shela Hart

There are several activities available to you as a member of ITHF. You can refresh your knowledge of our fellowship by following the leads on our home page. You can meet many of our members at this convention by assisting at the booth in the house of friendship. This a great opportunity to make new friends, meet current friends from around the world and tell other Rotarians about the advantages of belonging to our fellowship.

You can use our extensive membership directory to add another dimension to your travels both locally and internationally. Have a coffee, a meal or stay overnight with your fellow members. Set up a small tour with your local members to encourage others to visit your area to learn about the history and see the great scenery.

Contribute to our website and newsletter. Talk to your club members and clubs around you about our fellowship. If there is an area of the world you wish to visit contact our local members there. Perhaps they can organise home hosting for you and a few others.

In short do not wait for someone to contact you, make the first move yourself. We have had some great tours over the last few years. Invite us over to your world. I am sure you will receive a good response.

See our website:

All the very best for all your travels this year. See you in Hamburg at the booth, convention or our AGM breakfast.

The New Zealand contact (Vice President) for this Fellowship is Past District Governor Ian Holyoake.
