With 18 beautiful lakes and a renowned 200-km network of mountain biking trails, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
We are arranging fun activities for Friday that you may wish to enjoy and are seeking expressions of interest as we firm up the finer details. You will be asked during the registration process if you would like to register your interest for these activities.

Cancellations and refunds
Requests to cancel registrants must be received in writing by 16 April 2025. Fees are:
- $50 administration fee for registrations received by 16 April 2025
- $100 administration fee for registration received between 17 April 2025 and 10 May 2025
- No refund if cancelled after 11 May 2025
Rotary will refund registration and ticket fees if the conference is cancelled but is not responsible for travel or other related costs incurred by Rotary members and their guests. Registration and tickets are not transferable.
