55 years of service to the Hastings community was acknowledged on Tuesday 27 July with the presentation of a Hastings District Council Civic Award to the Club.Mention was made not only of our most recent projects but some undertaken in the formative years. Attendees were told of how club members give freely of their time and expertise in contributing thousands of voluntary hours every year.
The evening highlighted the diversity of culture and ethnicity in the Hastings community.
