Rotary Youth Leadership Awards

RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) is a top-level week-long programme aimed at taking emerging young leaders in our communities and developing them further.

Last year, the programme was elevated again with the inclusion of volunteering in our own communities, environmental awareness, and greater cultural leadership development. 

RYLA 2024 will run from Sunday 21st April to Friday 26th April and the cost is $900 per attendee. The cost is inclusive of all accommodation, meals, and transport within the week. The enrolment form and information letter can be found on our website https://rotary9930.org/page/youth-ryla 

 

We encourage all Rotarians to consider who they might know between the age of 20-26, in paid employment, and already holding a position of leadership or early management (or demonstrating potential leadership skills/qualities) to apply. Do you know a company that has staff who could benefit from this course? We already have a number of large companies that regularly send staff for management training - they are aware of the well-researched efficacy in week-long immersive training courses and the small cost compared to gains made for our community leaders/young adults.
