Great night for 32 EIT ELTO students hosted by Rotary.Thank you to Dennis and his team, and to his grandson who did a fantastic welcome in Maori to the students. Students work in Government positions in their home countries of Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam and come to New Zealand to better their English skills. They stay in local homestays and are very keen to practice their English.
They come to study but the item from each country proved that they have many other talents. There were some excellent singing and dancing in their group.
We always enjoy hosting such a friendly group of young dynamic people, along with their tutors, Vicki, Pam, and Deli. Dennis and his team organised a great evening.
