Nicky runs MACA Sports Leadership Charitable Trust which runs the IGNITE Programs.
Their stated objective is to provide Youth Development programs for misdirected youths aged 15- 24. They aim to empower young people to achieve their potential.
The 4 staff have delivered programs to 197 people. There have been 119 graduates who have achieved 71 employment opportunities.
