A team of Rotarians and partners from District 9930 recently returned from a Rotary Friendship Exchange to District 6710 in Kentucky, USA.

The team of 9 (pictured) were hosted by Rotarian Families in Louisville, Bowling Green and Cadiz and Clinton.

The Clubs ranged in size from 450 in Louisville to just 15 in Clinton. We had the pleasure of presenting to Louisville, Bowling Green and Clinton Rotary Clubs
All clubs who hosted us are all very involved in projects and fundraising in their community

Some highlights of the visit were, Thunder over Louisville (Aircraft Display and amazing Fireworks Display), visits to the Corvette Factory,  Mammoth Caves, Makers Mark Bourbon Distillery, Reel Foot Lake, a day at Churchill Downs the home of the Kentucky Derby to name but a few.

We were thoroughly spoiled by our various hosts.

We would encourage Rotarians throughout the District to partake in a Friendship Exchange if you are able. You meet some awesome people, see amazing things and have a great time
