One Minute Thought from Rotary Whakatane

Katri enlightened us on some interesting facts.

 

The average Rotarian in Australia is aged 71 while the global average is 58.        

 

Since 52% of the global population are 30 or younger, it makes sense to attract younger members.  
 
Some ideas are:  

1 To attract many young people at the same time,  

2 Have projects that attract young people,  

3 Follow up program to recruit past visitors,  

4 Waiving fees for first year and finally  

5 Make meetings efficient, productive and fun.
