Does your club want to promote Rotary and offer a young person from your town the opportunity of a lifetime?
The Georgia Rotary Student Programme is open for applications for the 2019-20 (US) academic year until 1 October. This is an amazing programme. Students get a full scholarship for one year at a college or university in that state, funded by the Rotary clubs of Georgia USA. As well as tuition, books, meals, and accommodation at the university hostel are included. Students have a host family and stay with them for the holiday periods.
Your club only needs to support the student's application and may choose to purchase a blazer. There are no other costs. It’s a win, win.
So, have a think about 17-24 year olds in your community that may be suitable and direct them to our District GRSP webpage or the GRSP website
