Jenny and her new directors have determined how our club would execute Rotary International’s strategic plan (which is to Increase our ability to adapt; Enhance participant engagement; Expand our reach; Increase our awareness and impact and Meet the expectations of new and existing members) in the 2021-22 year.

Membership/Public Image Director: Kelvin Winnie • Identifying and engaging prospective members • Engaging and mentoring new members • Club Bulletin Developing and distributing features and images to • Social media • Club website • Local media • Rotary Down Under • Regional newspapers • Updating the Club Brochure to issue to guests • Organising branded materials to display at projects and events in the community

International Projects e.g. International dinner • Community collections • Community and environmental projects e.g. Rotary Pathway, Dolbel Reserve, Westshore pathway etc.
Youth Director: Gail Kelly • EIT Careers Day • Rotaract • The Plate Debate • RYPEN • Student scholarships • Liaison with Tamatea High School • Organise the project in which we send Mathematics resources to a school in the South Pacific
Rotary Foundation Director: Graeme Muir • Educate club members about the Foundation • RYLA • Foundation liaison • Oversee the Paul Harris Committee • Encourage the club members to participate in Rotary grants in kind or as a contribution
