A reminder to all District Rotarians that with the school year running out, it is time to promote and prospect for eligible 16 / 17 1/2 year old who would like to experience a year overseas as a Rotary Exchange Student with their exchange year commencing in January 2019. Limited spaces are available for the exchange year January 2019 to January 2020.
District Selection Day for Rotary Youth Exchange is 28th April 2018.
Applications closing day is the 31st March 2018.
Full information and marketing documents can be found in our web page but now is the time for clubs to advertise and prospect for suitable applicants from High Schools in your area, to organise your Club Selection process of interviewing any prospective students and their parents and to then forward their completed application for the successful applicant(s) to the District Committee by the 31st March 2018.

The cost to a sponsoring club to send a student away is only $100-00.
Your students exchange uniforms are provided through the generosity of a generous grant from the Vic Davis Memorial Trust.
Information seminars will again be held in Tauranga, Hamilton and Napier with dates to be finalised in the new year.
