Yeti turns up at Rotary Fairfield's book fair.
THE MOE SHOW Surprising who turns up at the book fair.
Not sur prising that the Fairfield treasurer was keen to take his money.
The filming featured children from Fairfield Primary School. This character’s show is on TV Four. When you read the blurb from the channel’s website (below), it confirms that the pronunciation of his name should be “Moy” – from Moehau.
“In other countries he is known as Bigfoot, Sas quatch or Yeti. In New Zealand he will come to be known simply as Moe. Moe is based on the real New Zealand legend of the Moehau Monster, a furry creature who roams Mount Moehau on the Coro mandel Peninsula.
Moe is the most huggable, innocent creature on the face of the Earth. He lives in a tree house he has built for himself. He likes going on adventures and meeting new friends.”
