There will be some tempting sporting memorabilia up for grabs at this year's Rotorua Charity Luncheon but then if sport's not your thing don't worry - there is something for everyone.

The event, hosted by Rotorua's Rotary clubs, will be held on November 11 at the Energy Events Centre, and will include live and silent auctions and a lunch.

Auction leader Chris Smith said there would be a signed All Blacks jersey up for grabs, signed by the championship team of 2016.

Also available will be $12,000 worth of double glazed glass for a house, supply only, from Metro Performance Glass and a car from Hyundai, though which kind is yet to be decided.

Other items confirmed for auction include a framed drawing made and signed by John Key, a cricket bat signed by Brendon McCullum, a signed early 1990s rugby league shirt, a signed Football Ferns jersey and a signed All Whites jersey.

Mr Smith said there would be between 130 and 140 auction items, including 15 to 20 live auction items.

They were trying to think left field with ideas and to come up with items "not just for the blokes".

"We want to have a good cross section of items for both female and male."
