DESCRIPTION:An opportunity to learn more about Rotary.  Information on who
  and what Rotary does. What it means to be a Rotarian. How Rotary and you 
 can work together to help each other and your community.. The purpose of t
 his workshop is to help you participate and enjoy Rotary even more and mak
 e a difference in your life\, your club and your community. Rotary Learnin
 g and Information is a multi-district leadership programme\, well establis
 hed worldwide\, with the mission to strengthen Rotary clubs through qualit
 y information and education. It provides an opportunity for all Rotarians 
 to develop and share their skills as leaders while also broadening their u
 nderstanding about Rotary. The workshop is a fun\, interactive\, hands-on 
 series of sessions designed to provide Rotary knowledge and develop skills
 \, with the content of the sessions building on each other. Class size is 
 limited to 25 participants to ensure quality discussion. What is covered?

   Understanding the Rotary Foundation  Effective Service Projects an
 d Vocational Service  Building a stronger Rotary Club\, Communications\
 , Membership\, Public Relations  Develop Effective Strategies for Your 
 Club What Is In It For You?  You can learn from others and sharing idea
 s that you can embrace for yourself and take back to your club  You can
  learn about Rotary and its programs and how these can offer opportunities
  for you to contribute to the community\, both locally and internationally
   A challenge to think laterally and try new stuff  An opportunity t
 o consider how being a Rotarian leads to personal growth and fulfilment. 
  Fresh ideas\, tools\, contacts to help you\, your club and your commun
 ity as a Rotarian.  A few new skills and knowledge that you can apply i
 n your business and personal life. Investment and Options: Entire weekend 
 (all 3 Modules) $150.00. Repeat all modules Option (all 3 modules) $100.00
 . Full Day only $75.00 (either Saturday or Sunday). As there are major cha
 nges to modules 2 and 3\, you need to attend the full 2nd day.  Note: Fai
 lure to notify Chair of your inability to attend at least 48 hours prior t
 o start will result in your club or you being liable for the fee for the c
 ourse Spaces are limited for all options so register early and specify opt
 ion you are registering for. Day 1 covers all of Module one and Attracting
  Members. Day 2 covers Modules 2 and 3 (Updated) Most Clubs pay for attend
 ees but check that your club agrees to pay before you register. Register n
