It was lovely to join Ahuriri Sunrise on Wednesday 18th October for their breakfast meeting at East Pier Hotel.
Congratulations to Claire Connor on being named Taradale Rotary’s newest Paul Harris Fellow. This is a well-deserved honour, as Claire’s contribution to Rotary has been outstanding. Claire a Past President and past member of the Taradale Rotary Club for several years, has served in various roles including as the club’s President, several Directorships and continues at District Level ShelterBox NZ Ambassador/volunteer and a member of Ahuriri Sunrise Rotary.
Claire has been instrumental in organising several community service projects. Claire’s dedication and hard work have helped make these events a great success. More recently with Cyclone Gabrielle, Claire’s service and care for others in our community is exemplary. As a Paul Harris Fellow, Claire joins a distinguished group of individuals who have demonstrated their commitment to the ideals of Rotary.
The Paul Harris Fellowship is awarded to those who have made significant contributions to their community and who exemplify the values of Rotary.
