You will be aware that the 2017 Rotary Convention is to be held in ATLANTA, Georgia, USA from 10/14 June
Independent Option:
Registrations are open and you can register now.-see MyRotary Website.
Accommodation in Atlanta can be booked by accessing the Reservation system.
Flights to and from North America can be accessed through websites or through your Travel Agent.
Group Option:
As another option you can travel and stay as a group with other District 9930 Rotarians. Backing on the success of similar D9930 Group Tours to Conventions at Sydney, Sao Paulo and Seoul we can set up a tour for D9930 Rotarians.
To allow me to access a group booking I do need an indication now from you as to how many may be interested in joining a package
Flying – Auckland to Atlanta via Houston with a visit to the Space Centre - Travel home via Houston to Auckland. Return fares and Taxes $2300.00.
Accommodation in Atlanta for 7 nights- Room rate and Taxes – NZD1330 per person based on share twin/double room, airport transfers and city tour.
Optional add on 14 day tour from Atlanta, via Nashville, Memphis and following the Mississippi down to New Orleans. Group Costing $4800.00 per person share room,– subject to minimum 20 Passengers.
Itinerary – Fully escorted by Coach Driver and Tour Director and local guides. Depart for 10 Days after Convention from Atlanta-Nashville (2) , Memphis(2), Greenwood(1), Natchez(1), Lafayette(1), New Orleans(2) – Breakfasts, sightseeing, coach travel.
